But the usage of "ECHO ^G" works in the CMD, how to implement it in a batch file??

It seems that you can do this echo echo^G>filename.txt and then there will be echo

Execute ESC control sequences to modify screen and keyboard settings. Some machines press F8 or F11, and one - key restore may be using this to modify the keyboard settings.
