I have also heard that China has its own operating system already
But I feel that what China most needs to improve is not computer technology, but work style |

China does indeed have its own operating systems, just not a general-purpose operating system. I remember software newspapers and the like introduced COSIX before; it seemed quite NOVELL-like.

Since a few years ago, there have been many Linux enthusiasts in China making their own operating systems based on LINUX. I also relatively agree with this. DOS is also my favorite, but if too few people work on it, it is not easy for it to become a force (the "few" here refers to the "roots" mentioned above)

I am a sophomore student. After reading the article above I am deeply moved. China must have its own operating system, but this requires the joint efforts of the people. I myself eagerly hope to do my utmost for the development of the country.

That makes sense. Developing and advancing a DOS system with a 32-bit kernel is the best.

Although I am from across the strait -- a Taiwanese, not a person of your country, I think what you say is very right. We Chinese people must not let foreigners look down on us. Sometimes when I think about it, we Taiwanese do not have thoughts like yours. We are all Chinese people, it really is shameful....

I think what he means seems to be: Taiwan is not part of China now, but Taiwanese people are part of Chinese people.

Sigh, unfortunately I can only sigh in vain and just talk big.
If the people who develop os live on the 100th floor, then I am now on the 10th floor. I won't be able to reach the 100th floor in this lifetime. |
