arheadeler: Add-On means optional plug-in. If it's not there, just don't install it, it's okay. It's mainly designed for the CD version and expandability, and it's not necessary for a normal installation. As for the Rewrite MBR option, usually you can choose either one.

pagefile.sys is the virtual memory swap file of Win9x, which has nothing to do with DOS.

It's the default name (actually, there are several kinds of default names in Windows), but it can be changed arbitrarily.

That's true. My Windows 98, Windows Me, two Windows 2000s and one Windows XP share a 384M pagefile.sys
