You should directly use this DOS installation disk as a boot disk to boot directly (after all, DOS Installation Disk 1 itself is bootable), and don't extract it to drive D first. After installation, the data on drive C won't be formatted.

Thank you, moderator for the reply! I have another question. Since VFLOOP is used to load the first DOS installation disk image as a boot disk, how to install the second disk, because the second disk is also an image, and VFLOOP can't load a second image anymore. Do I need to extract it to the hard disk first?

I downloaded the MS_DOS 7.10 installation version and also the dosimg v1.7 version, but I just don't know how to extract it.
