现再次更新这个MiniWin3.2中文版。
主要有两处较大的更新：
1：加入磁盘缓冲功能（PC-CACHE）；
2：加入五笔字型输入法，与拼音输入法并存（用Ctrl+Shift键切换输入法）。
以及一些小更新。
