Testing result is as follows:
1. When GRUB is first booted, it prints out many lines of messages such as:
NTFS read filepos=00 filemax=2b6 inited=2b6 len=1 len0=0
...........
NTFS read filepos=39 filemax=2b6 inited=2b6 len=1 len0=0
where filepos keeps incrementing to 39 and then it stops for quite sometime before
2. the menu.lst is displayed
3. the image file finally is mapped as A: successfully.
I have just tested one image file of about 10m in size.
