I want to set up a Chinese menu in config.sys; since only a dozen or so Chinese characters need to be displayed, I don't plan to use advanced tools to display Chinese in the config menu, so I have this question, please do not begrudge to give advice.

MSDOS 7.10, Windows95OSR2,Windows98Gold,Windows98SE的底层, 更增FAT32支持(另外, 希望大家习惯说x.xx, 比如7.10而不是7.1)

应该是没有的,不用说DOS,就是现在很多的国外软件也没有中文版的,即使是中文菜单,也是E文的HELP文档了,看来中国的地位还是很低的,不过现在已经好多了.
There should be none. Not to mention DOS, even many foreign software nowadays don't have Chinese versions. Even if there are Chinese menus, the HELP documents are in English. It seems that China's status is still very low, but it's much better now.
