如果对电脑不是很熟，建议不要安装，因为win98会修改分区表，从而导致win2003无法启动。
另外个人经验之谈，两个系统并不好，我以前也是winxp与win98共存，结果那个win98用都没有用几次（是新装的），就蓝屏、死机啊。猜想可能一个操作系统，会对另一个系统造成影响。
总而言之，还是专心用一个系统好。
If you are not very familiar with computers, it is recommended not to install it, because win98 will modify the partition table, thus causing win2003 to fail to boot.
In addition, from personal experience, having two systems is not good. I used to have winxp and win98 coexist. As a result, that win98 was used only a few times (it was newly installed), and then there were blue screens and freezes, etc. I guess that one operating system may have an impact on the other system.
In a word, it is still better to focus on using one system.

很简单呀，先在DOS下安装好Windows98,然后放入2003的光盘进行修复安装，再启动时就可以出现双启动菜单了！这是比较笨的方法，适用用菜鸟级玩家，还可以通过一种软件修复！想玩98可以在虚拟机下装一下就是了！

可用PARAGON PARTITION MANAGER 把NTFS无损转成FAT32的。

比较简单的方法是照装Win98，装好后放入Win2003安装光盘启动，修复系统即可。
我的机子是 Win98+2000+XP 三者并存，并没出现过 wl00560 兄所说的“会对另一个系统造成影响”的情况。

NTFS转FAT32有个代码页的问题，如果这个问题不解决，那么无损转换是一句空话。
There is a code page issue when converting NTFS to FAT32. If this issue is not resolved, then lossless conversion is just empty talk.
