现在论坛注册的会员多了，形形色色的人也多了。总体感觉论坛稍稍有点混乱。乱发贴、瞎发贴、技术贴变成灌水贴、人身攻击等等现象也出现了。随着新的会员不断增多。将有更多不良的现象出现。我觉得我们有必要成立管理委员会。维护、管理、技术更新论坛。
我的设想是这样的（只是我的个人意见）:
联盟委员会应设一个常务委员会和两个小组，维护小组和技术小组。
常务委员会负责论坛的日常工作(由发贴排行榜上的前四位版主担任)
维护小组主要负责论坛的建设更新和管理维护（由网络水平最高和最热情的版主担任）
技术小组主要负责DOS技术（由DOS技术最高的几位版主担任）。
对那些有事不能常来论坛的版主只能授予名誉委员。
联盟管理委员会：
主席：WENGIER（众望所归）
副主席：MYS（当之无愧） 副主席：禅宗（个人认为联盟中电脑综合水平最高）
常务委员：WENGIER、DD、如是、KO
维护小组：
组长：KO 副组长：DD、如是
组员：KO、DD、如是、随风顺
技术小组：
组长：WENGIER 副组长：MYS、ROY、禅宗
组员：WENGIER 、MYS、ROY、禅宗
（我的看法：成立技术小组的目的是让他们把主要精力放在DOS技术上，摆脱论坛管理维护等日常事务。并不是让其它版主不管技术，相反，每位版主都有义务为DOS的技术发展贡献力量，同时在此申明没有对各位版主有孰轻孰重的看法。）
名誉委员：Sandy、随风顺、yiyesong、playboy2925 、lydong、kevinet、zhanghuiwen 、anyhow(排名不分先后）。
以后各位版主就都有头衔了，就不会自己给自己乱封头衔了。呵呵。。。
