This Chinese boot disk was designed in response to the boot disk project requirements of the China DOS Union. Anyone can use and distribute it for free, but please indicate that it is from the China DOS Union http://dosbbs.2ya.com.
The full Chinese DOS boot disk, of course, emphasizes the use of Chinese during the use process. However, this is not equal to the general Chinese boot disks on the Internet. This disk has powerful disk and file management, data recovery/backup and other functions. It is a very comprehensive tool disk.
First of all, the disk uses the MSDOS7.1 (WIN98) system kernel improved by Wengier, which can boot and repair the hard disk in the case of a logical lock in the hard disk. If the CD uses a Chinese volume label, DOS can't find the volume label, so it can't be displayed~~~

Just now, the several CDs in my hand all have Chinese volume labels. I didn't find out that they are Chinese volume labels at first, and all the tests didn't work. Later, I found out when using them in WINDOWS. After changing the CD, it was okay~~~

But this also raises a question: Does DOS not support CDs with Chinese volume labels at all? If it doesn't support, then why can it support hard disk volume labels in Chinese?

Maybe your CD is not in ISO9660 standard. All the drive letters of my CD are Chinese volume labels. I burned it with NERO, and the drive letter is always "New". But there is no problem with reading. Whether it supports long filenames should be checked with DIR /P. If long filenames appear on the right, it means it supports. NC, PCT, etc., do not support long filenames, and it looks like that.

Try the /K parameter of MSCDEX!

HD-copy, whether in Chinese or English, requires a clock. However, both pdos95 and ucdos do not support it. Only tw and ccdos support it!
