三、联盟与成员的关系
联盟与加盟成员(个人或网站)的关系是一种松散的合作关系而非一般意义上的隶属关系,一般情况下成员加入或者退出联盟不受联盟或联盟其他成员限制。
联盟不谋求经济利益,也不允许加盟成员谋求不合法的经济利益或侵犯他人的合法权益,不允许成员有违反法律和传统道德的言行,严重违反原则的成员将被开除和受到谴责。由于联盟对于成员并没有真正的约束力,因此联盟任何时候都不对任何加盟成员的行为作任何形式的承诺或者担保。
四、DOS联盟成员的权利和义务
DOS成员有权就各类问题提问,发表自己的意见和见解,并且理应得到其他成员的尊重。联盟不容许对任何成员有岐视和侮辱性人身攻击的言行。
联盟成员有义务保证DOS联盟的正常运作和健康发展,不利用DOS联盟到达到不合法和不符合社会道德的利益,不发表粗言秽语或不符合道德规范的言论,不作侮辱性的人身攻击。
五、DOS联盟与版权
联盟承认引用了非自有版权的资料或软件,但保证不作商业用途。如果您认为联盟引用您的软件或资料侵犯了您的版权,请向联盟提出,联盟(或加盟成员)将尽快将它们删除。
联盟自有版权的软件或资料,则欢迎其他的网站引用,但务须注明作者或出处。
六、DOS联盟的管理
联盟的管理采用理事会管理的方式,从加盟个人成员中选5-10位成员为理事会成员,负责联盟的管理和运作,理事会对分岐意见的处理将按少数服从多数的原则办。理事会成员每年都由成员重新选举。
七、DOS联盟和非联盟的DOS类网站的关系
DOS联盟视一切非联盟的DOS类网站为目标相同的友好网站, DOS联盟欢迎与其他DOS网站互作友情链接、开展各种彼此有益的合作甚至共享某些资源。
八、其他的规定
DOS联盟欢迎个人、单位等为联盟或成员提供网站空间、FTP空间、留言本、论坛等非金钱上的赞助。

I. Nature of the DOS Union
The DOS Union is a non-political, non-economic loose volunteer organization spontaneously formed by DOS enthusiasts依托 the Internet, composed of all affiliated members (individuals and personal websites).
The DOS Union Forum is the central base for the activities of union members. Basically, all registered members of the forum are regarded as affiliated members.
II. Objectives of the DOS Union
The objective of the DOS Union is to unite the majority of DOS enthusiasts for cooperation and communication, publicize DOS in the Chinese world, promote DOS, and drive the development of DOS, aiming to achieve common progress. The ultimate objective is to drive the development of computer applications and levels among Chinese people, so that computers can better serve our national interests. The DOS Union does not exclude any non-DOS operating systems.
III. Relationship between the Union and Members
The relationship between the union and affiliated members (individuals or websites) is a loose cooperative relationship rather than a general subordinate relationship. Generally, members can join or withdraw from the union without the restriction of the union or other union members.
The union does not seek economic interests, and does not allow affiliated members to seek illegal economic interests or infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of others, nor does it allow members to have words and deeds that violate laws and traditional morals.
