I've never heard that CD formats have + and - specifications; only DVDs have +/ - specifications...

至于加减我没有太多注意，看你个人需要，如果你一次性刻录的东西多，又想省下钱，建议买了DVD R/RW的，毕竟DVD盘最小4.7G的东西，还有8.4G的盘，如果一次刻录的东西不多，还是建议买CD R/RW，便宜些，哈哈哈... ...

正如我所料，大家都不太清楚那些格式的含义。
我目的是了解那些格式，不然我们很快会沦为“只会购买和使用”的使用者，类似现在人只会使用系统不会安装或修复系统。
