一、中国DOS联盟的性质

联盟永不谋求经济利益，也不允许加盟成员谋求不合法的经济利益或侵犯他人的合法权益，不允许成员有违反法律和传统道德的言行，严重违反原则的成员将被开除和受到谴责。但由于联盟对于成员并没有真正的约束力，故此联盟在任何时候都不对任何加盟成员的行为作任何形式的承诺或者担保。
四、和联盟成员相关的政治和法律问题
中国DOS联盟是一个非政治性组织，不谋求任何政治利益，这个问题是出于安全上的考虑。
联盟不过问任何成员或非成员的政治立场，不以任何方式（明确的或暗示的）要求成员同意或者反对某些政治观点。

五、成员之间的行为守则
在中国DOS联盟，任何成员都是一律平等的，成员之间要互相尊重、互相谅解。
论坛各版主由热心的爱好者担任，义务负担论坛各项管理工作。成员对版主行为有任何异议的可在特定社区（意見反饋 & 網友交流）发表自己的意见。
成员若有以下行为将被视为不受欢迎，严重者将受到删贴、批评、封ID等处分。
①言语不文明、不道德或粗俗无礼、乱用脏字眼，不肯接受批评改正的。
②发表与内地法律法规严重相抵触的文章和贴子，可能危及论坛甚至联盟安全的。
③对其他成员使用严重侮辱性或岐视性字眼，或无故攻击谩骂其他成员，制造不团结的。
④刻意地使用方言字眼标谤自己，宣传地方主义等，有严重侮辱或岐视其他成员嫌疑的。
⑤成员过多过滥胡乱发贴，浪费资源的。
⑥版主乱用管理权力，对其他成员搞故意针对、压制的。
⑦以各种方式借联盟为自己谋取不正当的政治或经济利益、损害联盟声誉的。
⑧其他可能危害联盟和论坛安全或者制造分裂的行为。
六、DOS联盟与版权
联盟承认引用了非自有版权的资料或软件，但声明不用作商业用途。如果您认为联或成员盟引用您的软件或资料侵犯了您的版权，请向联盟提出，联盟（或加盟成员）将尽快将它们删除。
联盟自有版权的软件或资料，则欢迎其他的个人或网站引用，但务需注明出处。
七、DOS联盟的管理（这点从未实行过，但暂时不改）
联盟的管理采用理事会管理的方式，从加盟个人成员中选5-10位成员为理事会成员，负责联盟的管理和运作，理事会对分岐意见将按少数服从多数的原则办。理事会成员每年都由成员重新选举。
八、其他的补充

I. Nature of the China DOS Union
The China DOS Union is a non-political, non-economic loose volunteer organization established spontaneously by DOS enthusiasts依托 the Internet, composed of each affiliated member (individuals and personal websites), aiming to study DOS, promote DOS, and develop DOS.
"China" here refers to a broad, non-political or regional concept. We welcome any DOS enthusiasts who use or understand Chinese to join. Of course, using non-Chinese is also allowed without interfering with communication.
The DOS United Forum is the central base for the activities of the alliance members. Basically, all registered members of the forum are regarded as affiliated members.
II. Goals of the China DOS Union
The goal of the DOS Union is to publicize DOS in the Chinese world, promote DOS, and promote the development of DOS. V. Code of Conduct among Members
In the China DOS Union, any member is equal. Members should respect and understand each other.
The moderators of the forum are served by enthusiastic enthusiasts, who volunteer to undertake various management work of the forum. Members who have any objections to the behavior of moderators can express their opinions in the specific community (Opinion Feedback & Netizen Communication).
Members who have the following behaviors will be regarded as unwelcome. Those who are serious will be subject to post deletion, criticism, ID blocking and other punishments.

VI. DOS Union and Copyright
