现象：惠普硬盘210M，电脑软盘可以启动，当使用A:\FORMAT C:/S格式化硬盘时，
出现checking existing disk format
saving unformat information
drive c error insufficent memory to read all system info
there was an error creating the format recovery file
this disk cannot be unformatted
等提示，强行格式化硬盘，则出现command.com被改成mommand.com 同时生成
一个字母C文件，大小为0字节。在此之前，硬盘已经低级格式化。用fdisk分区激活
