Why don't Chinese people use Wiki?
Wiki has never been only used by foreigners. On the contrary, the connotation of collaborative writing in Wiki is more likely to accept the intervention of foreign cultures and ideas. For Chinese people and even for the China DOS Union, collaborative work on the Internet is exactly what we lack. Wiki is not a bad choice. Maybe we can transform it into a more suitable collaborative work plan for our compatriots, but its idea is still closely related to Wiki and Blog.

Why don't Chinese people use English?
For the needs of communication and learning, it is entirely justifiable to master multiple languages. Being self-isolated is instead a mentality of夜郎 (ancient tribe with arrogant and ignorant attitude). As long as one does not forget one's roots, that's fine. In the final analysis, words are just a kind of symbol. It doesn't matter how the form is. As long as one can master the connotation of it, that's fine. Blindly excluding foreigners is just a wishful thinking.
