很多兄弟姐妹问我系统感染了病毒该如何处理，其实解决办法很简单。请参照下面的步骤进行操作：
1、给系统打补丁。
如果系统能够正常使用，网络也能正常访问，那么首先
访问微软的Windows Update网站（点击访问），然后安装所有的关键更新和安全更新。因为大部分的蠕虫病毒都是利用Windows的漏洞来进行感染和传播的。因此首先要给系统打上补丁。
在系统正常运行的过程中，也要注意经常的给系统打补丁，对于Windows 2000/xp/2003，这个操作可以通过系统提供的功能实现自动打补丁。
对于Windows 2000，设置自动更新的方法为:
控制面板->自动更新
对于Windows XP/2003：
我的电脑-> 鼠标右键 -> 属性 -> 自动更新
设置的选项包括：
(1) 保持我的计算机为最新。
(2) 自动下载更新，并按我指定的计划安装：你可以定为每天肯定开机的一个时间，例如每天20:00。
如果你的系统已经不能正常使用，那么你只好请来专业人士为你处理问题，你也可以试着将计算机从网上断开来尝试。
2、升级本机安装的杀毒软件到最新并进行病毒查杀操作。
一般的杀毒软件都会提供在线升级方法，将杀毒软件的病毒库（包括程序）升级到最新，然后进行病毒的查杀。如果在Windows下不能将病毒杀除干净，可以通过制做杀毒软件的DOS杀毒盘的方式在纯DOS环境下杀毒。
3、访问杀毒软件网站，寻找解决方案。

一般这些网站上都会提供流行病毒的专杀工具免费下载并且提供完整的解决方案，参考这些方案进行操作即可。
4、其它注意事项
(1) 不要访问非法站点。
(2) 在访问一些自己不熟悉的站点时，不要随便安装网站提示要安装的软件（一般选择否即可）。
(3) 不要随便打开或者运行陌生人发给你的邮件中的附件，如果是垃圾邮件，最好是直接删除。
