The characteristics are as follows:
1. Decryption of encrypted files. The most convenient way to encrypt a file is to add some strange characters to the file name. Just enter PCTOOLS, press the "R" key to change the encrypted file name to any file name to decrypt it;
2. Modify file attributes to encrypt files. Enter PCTOOLS, press the "A" key to change a general file to a system file, hidden file, read-only file, etc.
3. Thoroughly restore deleted files. Enter PCTOOLS, press the "F3" key to enter the "Disk Services and Directory Services" screen, press the "U" key, the deleted file name is displayed, the first character is replaced by "?", change "?" to the original character, and press "F1" to restore the deleted file;
4. Creation, deletion, renaming and transfer of subdirectories. Press the "D" key on the "Disk Services and Directory Services" screen, and the screen displays "F1_RENAME F2_CREATE F3_REMOVE F4_CHANGEDOS CURRENT DIRECTORY F5_PRUNE&GRAFT"
That is, for subdirectories: F1_rename; F2_create; F3_delete; F4_change current subdirectory; F5_transfer;
5. Two full-screen editing methods. Press the "E" key and the "W" key to perform full-screen editing on files;
6. Various printing methods for files. Press the "P" key to select various printing functions.
In addition, there are many functions such as copying files, moving files, deleting files, checking files, formatting disks, etc. It can really be described as "all-powerful".

There is also entering the disk editing function by pressing F3, directly eliminating WINDOWS with E5, after cleaning up debris, then SYS C: becomes DOS
