I only know that POWERMAX in it is very easy to use. There doesn't seem to be a Chinese-localized version. As for how to use POWERMAX, if you buy a copy of "Hard Drive Data Emergency Rescue Without Asking Anyone for Help" at a bookstore, it's covered in there.
