My keyboard and mouse ports are broken. My original PS/2 keyboard and mouse can only be connected to the USB port through a USB-to-PS/2 adapter. Can that super universal MS-DOS 7.10 boot disk drive my keyboard and mouse?

Of course it can. The boot disk's ctmouse mouse driver can drive it whether it's PS/2 or an optical mouse.
