I saw it. It turned out to be the DOSLynx browser. I know that compared with the Lynx browser, the biggest problem is that it doesn't support TCP/IP DHCP, so it can't surf the Internet on my computer either, so it's not useful on my computer.

The Light Packet Driver is useless because it doesn't support DHCP, only BOOTP.
