I have another question, and I'd like some advice from the experts:

After I installed Win2000, the file system I used was NTFS. Later I wanted to use Ghost to back it up, so that if the system crashes in the future I wouldn't have to go through the trouble of reinstalling it. That way I could restore the system to its original state within 7 minutes. But what I didn't expect was that under DOS I actually couldn't even see the system partition;

After that I looked up some materials and wanted to convert NTFS to FAT32, but it seems doing that would lose some important files, so I had no choice but to give it up!

So I'd like to ask the experts, is there any way to back up the system partition? If I want to do it now, or if I use a higher version of Ghost, will I be able to see NTFS partitions under DOS?

Please don't hesitate to advise me, thanks

To see NTFS partitions under DOS, you can use tools like READNTFS to provide driver support. And the latest versions of GHOST should be able to recognize NTFS partitions under DOS and back them up and restore them.
