I just installed UCDOS, but its Intelligent QuanPin doesn't feel good to use. Since I'm used to Microsoft Pinyin, is there any way or software that would let me use Microsoft's or Intelligent ABC under DOS?

You can use the Tianhui platform, the twsi Tianhui sentence input method, which claims to be the Microsoft Pinyin Input Method for DOS.
