Is it a virtual floppy drive, a virtual CD-ROM drive, or a RAM virtual drive?

.
After booting the computer with the boot disk below, a virtual drive will appear, but its drive letter seems to be assigned randomly after the existing drive letters. What I mean is, I want to fix the drive letter of the virtual drive. Which file on the boot disk needs to be changed, and how?
Thanks!

So it was the MS-DOS 7.10 boot disk that comes with Win98. RAMDRIVE.SYS cannot specify the drive letter of a RAM virtual drive; if you switch to XMSDSK, it can.

But you need to consider avoiding other drive letters; the later the better, generally K or above is best.
