I/O 70 and 71 are the port addresses for accessing CMOS RAM. Usually, after booting is finished, the BIOS contents are automatically mapped to the highest end of the virtual address space, such as FFFF0000h~FFFFFFFFh. You only need to switch to protected mode to access this address range!
