Hello everyone, the mouse I use has a USB interface. I also downloaded a USB mouse driver for DOS, but I don't know how to load it into memory, so I'm asking the experts for advice!
Also, the system I installed is WinME. After entering Safe Mode, the mouse also can't be used. Asking all of you for advice!
Thanks!

USB drivers do not belong to WinME's core standard drivers, and Safe Mode does not load non-standard drivers. It doesn't even load the CD-ROM drive, so it's normal that a USB mouse cannot be used in Safe Mode.
If the DOS mouse driver is a COM or EXE file, just load it in AUTOEXEC.BAT. If it is a SYS file, then load it in CONFIG.SYS with the DEVICE command.

Thanks, moderator. Is there any way to make a USB mouse work after WinME enters Safe Mode? What should I do? Please advise!
