DOS stands for freedom, openness and progress. Let us work hard, learn from the openness and GNU spirit of FreeDOS and Linux, and together build and grow a free GNU GPL world!

The following is quoted from navie's post at 2004-2-15 20:37:01:
I need to install under DOS
1: be able to access files under Windows
2: be able to access files under Novell, or be able to use the SPX protocol
I don't know how the OP wants to connect. Under DOS you can directly access files in the WINDOWS system, and there is no need to load any program. As for accessing NOVELL, you need to load things like:
LSL.COM
NIC driver
ipxodi.com
vlm.com
login username
then you will be able to access NOVELL.

It's like this: I have one computer with a DOS system installed, plus one NOVELL server and one NT server.
They are connected through a SWITH. How can I make the DOS system access the NT server on one hand, and at the same time also access NOVELL?

Settings for a DOS 6.22 workstation. To let a DOS 6.22 workstation access both a Windows NT Server4.0 and a NetWare3.x server at the same time, you first need to prepare “LAN Manager V2.2c for MS-DOS” and the WSGEN disk from NetWare3.11 (not NetWare3.12). The four disks of “LAN Manager V2.2c for MS-DOS” can be created through the “User Manager for Domains” on the Windows NT Server4.0 server; and the WSGEN disk can be found in the NetWare3.11 installation disks. After that, run the NWSETUP program on the first disk of “LAN Manager V2.2c for MS-DOS” and proceed with the setup according to the system prompts;
