I'm making a boot CD and want to run a tool directly after booting. Should I modify the Autoexec.bat file on the boot disk, or edit an Autoexec.bat file myself?

Please add the program you want to run to the AUTOEXEC.BAT on the virtual A: drive used when the boot CD starts.

There can only be one autoexec.bat file, so either rewrite one yourself, or just modify it a bit.
