When my XP system starts up, the Task Manager PF usage is only a little over 50m (when it was normal before, it was over 70m), and there is also an obvious problem: double-clicking "My Computer" does nothing (it takes dozens of seconds before it opens). After waiting dozens of seconds, some other processes pop up, and only then can "My Computer", IE, etc. be opened. I’ve never run into this before, and don’t know what the cause is.
