My friend installed the XP system, but doesn't really like it and wants to remove it and install 98. What I know is that 98 has to be installed only after formatting.
How should this be done? What I want is the steps and the tools needed. If anyone knows, please say something................... |

Find a WIN98 boot disk. If after booting you can see the contents of drive C, then just use FORMAT to format drive C and directly install WIN98. If you can't see the contents of drive C, then you're using an NTFS partition. You need to back up important files first, then use PartitionMagic to convert it to FAT32, and after that format drive C and install WIN98.
