I'd like to ask,
in 2000, in which file is PATH set? |

It should be set in the registry. I recently saw an article about it, or you can search for PATH in REGEDIT.

I found it.
Turns out it's under My Computer Properties -> Advanced -> Environment Variables, and there are user and system environment variables. |
