Why can't the system boot after I burn the ISO file to a disc?
Do I need some other files too?

Also, I'm using WIN2003, with NTFS format. If I make an MSDOS710 boot disk and boot from it, will I be able to see drives in NTFS format? How do I use GHOST to clone a WIN2003 system? (Under NTFS format)

Does your ISO file contain a CD boot loader? If so, I suggest you use NERO software to burn it.

If this ISO file is an ISO for a bootable CD, then after burning it to a CD with burning software it should be able to boot the system. I haven't tried it, so I'm not really in a position to say. You can contact Wengier and ask him.

I've really gone stupid``

Last night it booted up, but I couldn't see my hard disk`` I'm using WIN2003 with NTFS format

After booting there were several options. I tried every one of them, but as soon as I went in, the machine stopped responding.
Later I chose that one, some F? something, and then I saw drive letters, there were C \ D two of them. But after going in, why weren't they my hard disk?
I don't have those files on my hard disk?
So depressed

If the AUTOEXEC.BAT on the virtual A: drive of the bootable CD loads a driver for reading and writing NTFS partitions under DOS, then you should be able to see them. Otherwise, you need to add software for DOS to read and write NTFS partitions into the AUTOEXEC.BAT on the boot A: drive.

DOS itself does not recognize NTFS partitions of WINNT/2000/XP. You must load an NTFS driver before you can see or modify their contents.
