My laptop doesn't have a floppy drive. How can I make a bootable CD? I don't need anything else, I just want it to support NTFS after booting. What method can be used to make one?

If the system is anything other than win98, you can use the ramdisk NT1.5 software to create a virtual floppy drive, make an IMG file, and burn it to a CD

Just modify the img file directly, use vpc for testing. I basically never use a floppy drive when making boot disks.
