You need to change the way EMM386 is loaded. Try the following one by one: 1: do not load EMM386 2: EMM386 NOEMS 3: EMM386 RAM

If it still doesn't work... try a Virtual PC environment... good support for VESA...

I haven't played this game myself, but I do know that some old DOS games don't support newer machines very well, because the CPU clock speed is too high. Please try lowering the speed and then try again. If there's anything inappropriate in what I said, please correct me!

I just downloaded the game and tested it on my system (a real computer, P200MHz CPU, 160MB RAM), and found this: Under MS-DOS 7.10, MS-DOS 6.22, FreeDOS, and the DOS window in Windows ME, this game would not run, and the crash behavior was the same in all cases; the only DOS that could run this game properly was ROM-DOS 7.10. Of course, the situation may be different on older machines (not tested yet).

What's different about rom-dos?? If I've installed dos622, can I still install it??
