Under DOS, what software can be used to make an EXE program with a Windows-like GUI?

That QBWIN of his must be used with QB7.1
It can't be used with qb4.5
Actually, with QB5 you can write real programs for Windows!
Just like using Qb to write for winXp
In QB, use CALL ABSOLUTE
CALL ABSOLUTE address passes control to a machine-language procedure
But this isn't very easy to pull off!
The key problem is the lack of documentation!
But this is a Dos forum, so we'd better all come write some applications under Dos!
