I downloaded BORLAND C++ 4.02
There are six patches
The files inside are FILE_ID.DIZ, BC402P2.RTP, and BC402P2.TXT
The help says to use PATCH.EXE
But I just can't find it anywhere

Bc4.0 is an extremely unstable thing. If you're developing under DOS, it's best to use bc4.51+patch.
It can support 16-bit protected-mode programming. Its memory management and compilation efficiency are extremely high, and it can also develop in a Chinese-language environment under Win32. Very convenient.！！！

It used to be on old CDs. I don't really know about online, but a lot of universities have it. If you're at Dongda, it's on the internal FTP. bc4.52+powerpack.
