Added menu support for UltraBoot Disk
At startup, when choosing the LFN code page, the second item (Chinese) is selected automatically
At the end of startup, if ESC is not pressed within 2 seconds, the menu is displayed automatically

Actually, in the versions after September 30, the “Super MS-DOS 7.10 boot disk” already had functions for booting from floppy, from hard disk, from CD, etc. It was done with GNU GRUB.

I went a step further and compressed all three tools from Paragon Partition Manager 5.5 into it!


The DOS version of Partition Explorer is really powerful!
With an Explorer-style interface, it can perform cut, copy, paste, delete, and other operations in FAT32/NFTS partitions, and it supports long filenames! But it's a bit of a pity that it does not support operations on Chinese filenames!

What is the file BCDL.BIN used for?

BCDL.BIN is used for booting from CD.

Changes:
☆Added the three tools from Paragon Partition Manager 5.5 (using ACE's DOS self-extractor)
☆Replaced the xzl Chinese character support system with the CCDOS 97 Chinese character support system; it's fast, stable, and supports the Pinyin input method and a line calculator
☆Packed the unused commands in autoexec.bat and config.sys into EBD.CAB
☆Replaced XXCOPY16 with Win98's XCOPY (reason: it takes up too much space and together with CCDOS it won't fit into 2.88)
☆Increased the RAM drive capacity to 6144
☆Added two menu options in config.sys, inheriting the original M1 and M3, but during startup there is no prompt from wbat to make a selection, to avoid waiting a few seconds and pressing Enter twice; these two configurations feel relatively stable! By default it starts smartdrv and lfndos 936, and does not start NTFSDOS (because there is a much more powerful Partition Explorer than it).

My main purpose is to make a system maintenance CD, so multimedia functions are not needed!

If you really want them, you can use mpxplay to play MP3s (and since this is a CD, it's impossible to play Audio CDs anymore, and besides, Audio CDs are rarely used now), and for image browsing, SEA 1.3 is enough!
Since this is a CD, some functions that take up too much space or are not major are not put inside the IMG!

If you really want image browsing and MP3 playback, you'd be better off using QV 2.x and the like. That SEA is big and hard to use, and MPXPLAY is also a bit larger, so it's not as good as QV 2.x.
