Linux system boot disks can directly boot an ISO image file on the hard drive to do a fresh system installation. Why can't Windows do that? Is it possible to make something like a Linux system boot disk that can directly boot an ISO image file on the hard drive to do a fresh installation of Windows as well??????

I don't quite understand. I don't know how SCPWY uses a LINUX system boot disk to directly boot an ISO image file on the hard drive to install the system. If it can be done, I'd like to learn too.
