Without UCDOS or other Chinese DOS, how can I open a folder with a Chinese filename?
What exactly is the specific way to do this dir >a.bat thing!!

Then use tools like CL (Chinese Lister); even without a Chinese character support system, you can still view Chinese filenames.

Use NC. No matter whether the directory name is in Chinese, English, or some other language, you can still enter it.

Use DOSKEY (the one in my boot disk); whether it's Chinese or English, it can auto-complete.

dir/ad/b >1.bat
edit 1.bat
(add CD before the directory you need to open, delete the rest)
run 1.bat

Honestly, this is the crudest method, but sometimes it is indeed an effective one.
