How are the DOS systems everyone is using now getting past the year 2000? Is there a patch?
I want to make the UCDOS in our work unit get past the year 2000 too. What should I do?
1. You can install IBM PCDOS 2000 or install DRDOS 7.02 or above to solve the operating system's year 2000 problem. Of course, you can also use other DOS systems, such as the latest versions of FREEDOS, OPENDOS, and so on;
2. UCDOS is a Chinese-language platform. I have not found it to have a year 2000 problem. If you think there is a problem, you can use the Chengran CCDOS97 Chinese system.
