There are multiple methods. The most commonly used one is to start a Chinese character system for DOS, such as UCDOS, CCDOS97, etc. DIR>A.BAT is a method, but it is mainly used in the case where there is no Chinese character system. If there is a Chinese character system, this method is not needed. DIR>A.BAT is to output the file name to a file, and then enter it by manual editing.

Yes, you can also use DOSKEY from the ROM-DOS boot disk I made. It not only has all the functions of the DOS-built-in DOSKEY, but also can switch files and folders (including Chinese ones) using the TAB key like 4DOS, and it is smaller in size and faster.
