China DOS Union

First of all, thanks everyone for supporting the China DOS Union Forum! The forum has now decided to enter into full cooperation with the Tsinghua University DOS section, and we are preparing to jointly establish a new main DOS site connection. Our DOS Union Forum focuses on the practical application and development of DOS, while the Tsinghua University DOS section is stronger in advanced programming, so if we combine forces we can complement each other, strengthen our overall power, and make use of our respective advantages to use and develop DOS. Also, this forum will jointly publish a DOS book with the Tsinghua University DOS section, so as to further popularize DOS knowledge and further strengthen our cooperation. As for the forums themselves, while fully integrating the two forums on the current basis, we will also maintain the relative independence of both forums. Everyone is welcome to express your opinions. Thank you!

I used to often go dig up DOS posts on Tsinghua's BBS. If we join forces, I won't have to work so hard anymore, hehe...

To all netizens who have long supported and paid attention to the DOS board:
Wishing everyone a Happy New Year and family happiness!

For some time recently, for various reasons, the nature of the DOS board has gradually changed,
for example: a lot of technical content has been diverted to boards such as asm. Some users have begun using Windows versions that are not very compatible
with DOS, etc.

In order to adapt to these changes, this board is brewing a fairly major adjustment. It is currently negotiating cooperation with the DOS Union.
After the New Year, the main effort will be to promote a new DOS system that remains compact while
widely supporting large memory, usb, long filenames, fat32, built-in tcp/ip, even ntfs, and so on.
