It's not very useful. It's far less easy to use than UCDOS, etc., or just use PDOS95 directly.

You can try it if you don't believe it, like the "Asking for Help in Fortune-telling" series software in Taiwan. Fortunately, the mainland CCDOS97 supports the Taiwanese Chinese character BIG5 code.
