Yes, a Qa_*.* does get generated, but my Play works normally. I use a batch file to run it, and afterward I just do deltree it（Qa_*.*）。。。

I finally found the reason: it turns out there is also an identical hidden file under c:\windows, delete it and it's ok!!!
