In Internet café software, after using IE to download something, in the dialog box that pops up for installation the "Confirm" button is grayed out and disabled; in the right-click menu, "Rename" is grayed out and disabled; when running the installer, in the popup box the "Yes" button is grayed out and disabled. How can I enable them? Please provide the specific program and method, or the detailed location in the registry. Many thanks

This was intentionally set that way by the Internet café using utility software. You can use tools like Tweak UI, Optimization Master, or software that modifies the registry.

It's not the registry, it's the DLL files that were modified with eXeScope. Don't go to Internet cafés like that, go to one without restrictions.
