Urgent!!! Experts, my computer keeps rebooting for no reason!
Also, now the monitor is showing a black screen, and the monitor signal light is blinking. Changing the graphics card didn't help.
I suspect a problem with the power supply or motherboard. But other than the "replacement method," is there any good way to make a definite diagnosis?

Use the minimum-system method plus the replacement method, that's all.

Use a diagnostic card.

What's the use of just being urgent? First tell us your machine specs, then describe the problem in more detail, for example whether there are any errors during self-test, etc. The way you've written this, the answer would be a whole book.
The most important thing is whether the power-on self-test passes, and what reaction there is.

After startup, the motherboard doesn't make any long or short beep alarms. I don't know whether there is any POST beep at all, because from the start the monitor only has the signal light blinking. Is there still hope?

1 First check whether the slots and cables are properly connected. (Very important)
2 Replace the motherboard battery and clear the BIOS settings.
3 Find a multimeter and measure whether the 5v and 12v power are normal. If you don't have a multimeter, replace it with another power supply.
Try that first

If you've carefully done what was said above, then unplug and reconnect all the jumper caps again (if there are any). If it still doesn't work, then hurry up and start saving money.

It passed. After completely taking apart and reassembling everything on the motherboard and messing with it for half a day, it finally lit up.
The motherboard had been exposed for a long time and had quite a bit of dust, which has been cleaned up. Don't know whether it's really fixed.

So it lit up? Then there's no need to replace the power supply. Pull out the boards/cards, and use an eraser to gently wipe the surface of the contacts to remove oxidation, then reinsert them into the slots. (Watch out for static electricity.) Since the computer had previously rebooted for no reason, you can replace the motherboard battery first. You may also consider oiling or replacing the CPU fan and the power supply fan.

First completely cut off power to the computer, let it sit for a while, then try using it again. My computer once had this kind of problem too; after some time it got better on its own, and I didn't do anything to it. It may be due to too much static electricity.

If it really is too much static electricity, use a wire, connect one end to the ground and the other end to the computer case, and that will do

To discharge static electricity, the section of wire connected to the ground needs to be in a damp place

Also, I suspect your motherboard CPU socket is loose, or there is a problem with the CPU edge contacts.
