Guys, I'm using MS Client 3.0 and can connect to Windows normally using the TCP/IP protocol under DOS. But this is just a DOS client. How can I make DOS share its own directory for Windows to use? The NET command in DOS doesn't support the SHARE parameter, and I've changed the two lines filesharing=no and printsharing=no to yes in the system.ini file in DOS. Please give me your advice!

The second-floor person, I completely don't know what you're talking about? Can you be more specific?
Also: Is really no one here able to answer my question (how to make DOS share its own directory for use by WINDOWS)?

There is an Add-On disk for MSCLIENT 3.0 in the website. The file name seems to be WG1049.EXE, which is a tool specially used to add functions like SHARE to the NET command of MSCLIENT 3.0. Just download and install it.

WG1049.EXE should be linked to the official Microsoft website. If it can't be downloaded, it means there's a problem with their own server. Try downloading again later.

Thanks, webmaster, I've found it elsewhere. Microsoft's FTP is too slow

Ladies and gentlemen, I used the method above to implement accessing DOS in WIN98, but it seems that the network connection is very unstable, and it seems that I can only access the files in the root directory. Please give me more advice, everyone!

Ban Tou, hello. I would like to ask, is there a requirement for the size of the LAN memory under DOS? I only have one DOS machine, and the others are all WINXP systems. I'm using a HUB connection, and the network cables can access the internet. Now I just connected a network cable that can access the internet to this DOS machine. The current problem is that in the NET command, I enter an interface, can see other machines, and also successfully copied a file to the other machine, but the success rate of this connection is only 1%, and it often freezes. What's the matter when entering the NET command?
