I currently have WIN98 and WINXP installed. Should I install DOS7.1 (full edition) from 98, XP, or under pure DOS? After installation, I want all 3 systems to coexist, that is, to have 3 options in the boot menu so I can enter different systems separately.

Also, does this version support a USB mouse and keyboard??

Install it under pure DOS. It's best to boot the system directly from installation disk 1 and let it start installing automatically, because it is itself a boot disk. Win98 is a program under DOS, so after installation you should be able to start it directly from DOS with the WIN command. As for the USB mouse and keyboard, just load the corresponding drivers.
