My system is XP, and the primary partition C is in NTFS format. I want to install Win98 Plus 2 without converting the format of the primary partition. My last partition F is FAT32, and because Win98 Plus 2 is a Ghost installation, I installed Win98 Plus 2 on drive F. Then I used the webmaster's super boot disk to start the computer, entered the Windows folder on drive F under DOS, and ran WIN to enter Win98 Plus 2. I thought it would work, but unexpectedly a problem came up when installing the drivers: the drivers would not install. Even if you finish installing them, after reboot it still asks you to install the drivers again, repeating like this over and over. I suspect there may be a problem with this method of mine. Does it have to be installed on drive C? I hope an expert can point out where I went wrong and make this method workable. Many thanks! Eagerly awaiting a reply!!!

It's not a problem with your method, but rather that installing the hardware drivers for this Gho is quite difficult to begin with. You first have to import the original normal hardware driver information into the registry, and also install one of the configuration files included with this Gho according to the size of your memory, and only then can you “......run WIN to enter win98”......

My memory is 256M. Which of the included configuration files should I use? How do I import the original normal hardware driver information into the registry? Please advise!
