Today I again discovered a DOS software called E/OS LX. It is a free software in a graphical desktop mode. It is claimed that through it, Windows 3.x/9x/NT software as well as Linux software can be run under DOS.

How does one run WIN32 software under DOS? After all, there is not even a GUI library.
