I have the smallest software tool for viewing text files under DOS. It can view Big5 used in Hong Kong and Taiwan, and it can also auto-page.
I wonder if any friend has the DOS compression software ace2.04, preferably with a registration code.

How small is this "smallest" you mentioned? Under DOS, do you have to put the filename after the program to open it? Or can the program be run directly so that a graphical interface appears, where you can switch drives and choose a text file, then press Enter to open it?
